Mary's Dinner Club - Korean Dinner

marys dinner clubFor Saturday’s Korean dinner a lot of preparation was followed by a lot of enjoyment. And what a wonderful group of people got to take pleasure in the fruits of my labor!

I had started pickling Kimchi two weeks before. A Korean traditional - made by marinating Bok Choy (Chinese cabbage) and storing it in earthwaren pots underground for sometimes over a year.
