Explosion Destroys Limassol Betting Shop
A high explosives bomb detonated at 1am just outside a Limassol betting shop in Ayios Athanasios, said police, damaging the building and several cars parked outside.
Officers at the scene said it was a miracle no one had been injured in the explosion, which caused extensive damage to the Stanleybet premises.
Limassol police are gathering and examining forensic evidence from the scene.
