Bank of Cyprus Lowers Interest Rates

The Bank of Cyprus has lowered its housing loan interest rate to 3,50% from 4,75%, said a spokesman speaking to the press yesterday.

As of August 17th, businesses will be offered a rate of 4,25%, and lower rates on personal and car loans will also be introduced.

Customers who have existing loans will be able to apply for the new rates without extra charges, said the spokesman.
