Jan-Aug Motor Vehicle Registration Drops 15%

The number of motor vehicles registered between January and August 2010 has dropped by 15.7 percent to 30,274 compared to the same period in 2009, said the Cyprus Statistical Service.

The number of registered private saloon cars for the period fell 17.3 percent to 21,262 versus January-August 2009, according to the survey.
