First Greek-Turkish Short Film Festival

Dialog, the first Greek-Turkish Film Short Film Festival, took place on November 3-5 in Eskisehir, Turkey, said a Greek government spokesman.

Organized by the Thessaloniki Short Film Festival and the Cinema & Television Department of the Anadolu University, the festival aimed at cultural and cinema exchanges, and received an enthusiastic response from the local audience, said the spokesman.

The programme featured 60 short films from Greece and Turkey, as well as special screenings and film workshops. The Greek guests will have the chance to host their Turkish partners in Thessaloniki, where the second part of the festival will take place in January.
