48-yr-old Killed in Larnaca Road Accident

A 48-year-old man was killed in a road accident at midnight last night on the old Kofinou-Larnaca road, said police.

Prodromos Loizou's car veered off the road, overturned and landed in a ditch. Traffic police said that the Meneou village resident was not wearing a safety belt and died in the accident.

Larnaca traffic police are investigating the causes of the crash.
