Promotion of Cyprus Arts - Discussion at KiprosTV

kiprostv anniversaryOn March 24, Kipros.TV is celebrating its one year anniversary by hosting a round table discussion with the topic: “The development and promotion of arts in Cyprus.” The discussion will be open to the public and will be followed by three short video screenings, showcasing the work of local artists. The event will close with a music jam session.

Kipros.TV is an initiative that offers support to the arts and culture of Cyprus. Its goal is to document and promote the work of local artists both on a local and international level.

Michael Kalopedis, founder of Kipros.TV said: “it is a great honor and pleasure to be hosting this event having in mind the distinguished members of the arts community such as Marina Maleni (THOC), Pavlos Paraskevas (Culture Ministry) and Elena Christodoulidou (Nea Kinisi) who will participate in our round table discussion. It is an indication of how much this initiative has grown within one year. Based on last year’s success, we expect a large attendance of people who will support this initiative with their presence.”

The event will start at 7pm and will take place at ‘The foundation of cultural creativity for children and youth’ (ex St. Lazarus Apothikes) in Larnaca. Entrance is free.
