Cameroonian Man Killed in Nicosia Road Accident

anthony tangolem46-year-old Cameroonian national Anthony Tangolem has been killed in a road accident in Tseri, Nicosia, said police.

The accident happened yesterday at 3am as he was driving on Ftelias Road in Tseri industrial area. According to police, Tangolem lost control of the car which veered into oncoming traffic and crashed into a car driven by a 44-year-old man.

Tangolem was not wearing a safety belt and was trapped in his car. By the time emergency services got him out and took him to Nicosia General Hospital, he had died of his injuries.

Nicosia traffic police are investigating the cause of the accident.
