68 Cent Cyprus Stamp Design Wins PostEurop Award

Cyprus' 68-cent stamp has won the PostEurop award for best design of the year.

The theme of the stamp is 'Forests' and 49 countries participated in the competition. It was judged to be the most modern and impressive design depicting how forests should be perceived.

It was circulated on May 4th, 2011 and designed by Stelios Karamallaki.

The award will be given in Istanbul on October 12th, 2011.
