Are you sending out your Valentine's card today? Do you bring flowers or organize a beautiful dinner with candlelight and wine? Do you make an effort to share your love and care today? Imagine doing this every day for the ones we love, imagine doing it for...yourself.
What a different world we will create. We will stop the judgment in our mind and direct our thoughts to improve life, we will no longer bring our attention to the things we don't like and inspire the qualities we have.
What a wonderful world will it be and only because we pay attention to our heart. You have that choice, right here, right now, remember it today and...tomorrow and all your days to come. Your heart communicates through your actions done in this world.
