Q1 Revenue 1.756 Billion Euros - CYSTAT

The government's revenue for the first quarter of 2012 was 1.756 billion euros, said the Cyprus Statistical Service (CYSTAT). This reflects a 9.5 percent increase compared to the same period in 2011.

Expenditure reached 1.904 billion, reflecting a 0.6 percent decrease. First quarter deficit was 148 million euros, compared to 310.7 million euros in the first quarter of 2011, said CYSTAT.
