The root cause of an illness is rarely just one factor. Be aware that your body constantly gives you messages that need to be listened to as discomfort and pain are messages that needs your attention. For this reason you may look at as many possible answers through recreating balance in a holistic way. This means to see the bigger picture, getting a wider perspective and taking everything in account.

You will get out of your victim role, empowering yourself by taking personal responsibility for your body. While taking those messages seriously, you become aware what increases or decreases your health, what makes you feel good and what doesn’t. Only when you are conscious of what goes on you are able to make better choices how to follow up, increasing your health as it’s a precious gift you may treasure.
