Sarah’s Jazz Club presents ‘The Haagers Organ Trio’ on Friday December 22nd. The concert starts at 9:30pm and the jazz club is located at 35, Xanthis Xenierou Street, Nicosia 1015. Tickets are €10 and €5 for students. Reservations can be made by SMS or call to 95147711.

The Haagers Organ Trio was formed in 2014 in The Netherlands by Antreas Yerolatsitis on guitar, Christos Yerolatsitis on Organ/Synths and Omiros Militiadous on drums. The name of the trio represents the meeting point where the three musicians met and developed their music as a band. Their style combines Jazz sounds with a touch of electronic, funk and groovy beats.

Antreas Yerolatsitis is a Cypriot Jazz guitar player. He was born in 1988 in Nicosia, Cyprus. In 2009 he got accepted and started his studies in the Royal Conservatory of The Hague as a Jazz Guitar performance bachelor student. After the bachelor, he got accepted in the Master’s program of the Royal Conservatory of The Hague from where he graduated in the summer of 2015. He recorded multiple times in studio with several bands like ‘Electrified Riffs’, his Jazz Trio and Emilio Tritto quartet.

Omiros Miltiadous is a Cypriot musician who was born in Limassol in 1991. He had lessons with one of the most astonishing drummers of the island, George Koulas. After he finished his military service he started his preparation for his studies in the Netherlands with another great local drummer Stelios Xydias. In 2012 he was enrolled in The Royal Conservatory of The Hague where he continues his master studies in Jazz Drumming with the great Eric Ineke as a main teacher. Omiros is currently active playing in various bands and formations in The Netherlands.

Christos Yerolatsitis is a jazz pianist from Cyprus, who graduated with a Masters in Jazz Piano from the Conservatory of Amsterdam. During his eight years in The Netherlands, Christos has shared the stage with some important jazz musicians of the Dutch scene, such as Benjamin Herman, John Ruocco, Simon Rigter and Ben Van Gelder. Christos Yerolatsitis performs on a regular basis in several projects in and around Europe both as a sideman and leader. He has played in remarkable jazz clubs such as “Bird” (Rotterdam) “Bimhuis” (Amsterdam), and “De Twee Spieghels” (Leiden. In November 2016 he released his debut album “Journey” with a voice-piano duo “Tree of Dawn”.
