I am a French frog currently living in Paris and, curiously I croak in English. It all started when I decided to go to England to learn the language. Then I got bold and booked a ticket to the USA for the same reason.
As with any good stories, there are special encounters that change one’s life course; and I found myself in Romania building a house for a poor family. Next I got bolder and joined humanitarian missions in Africa.
There again, a special encounter changed the course of my life: I met my husband and followed him to Cyprus. Cyprus is another sweet and unexpected encounter where my passion for baking bubbled up.
From an unusual accountant until last year, I decided to become a tremendous Pastry Chef. So here I am attending the Cordon Bleu School in Paris.
