Thought for Today - Find Peace in the Way You Handle Life
Life does not ask you to make peace with everything that happens in your life but is challenging you to find peace in the way you handle every situation. When you still believe that your life is a compilation of psychological wounds, you will still look through the lens of that wound or trauma, projecting that experience in your life over and over again, giving yourself permission to rely on others, creating limited thoughts and not taking the responsibility of your own life.
You will keep up the blame game, making others feel guilty, creating your own ( limited) comfort zone. The more you understand that all experience will add something to your life the more clear it becomes that you may learn and grow from everything that happens.
Today ask yourself how much you fear strength and independence, how brave are you facing what happens in your life? Realize that your idea of happiness is as much an illusion as your thoughts of fear as both are interpretations of your conditioned mind, only then you can change your mind no longer having faith in your vulnerability but living your power.
